ADOPTIVE FAMILY FEES TO UTILIZE KAS MENDING HEARTS SERVICES
Adoptive parents choosing to dissolve an adoption remain legally responsible for all fees associated with the care of their child. In choosing to make a Dissolution plan they will also be responsible for paying for KAS services, legal services to terminate their parental rights (this cost will vary state by state) and for transportation of their child to and from a KAS office or as otherwise arranged.
