Kentucky Adoption Services Privacy Policy

Kentucky Adoption Services, Inc. is strongly committed to the privacy of our web site visitors.  This purpose of this site is to provide you with education and information regarding International and Domestic adoption services through our agency. 

KAS collects no personal information from site visitors.  We do not use cookies nor do we engage in other identifiying practices.  Any information you voluntarily provide to our agency for the purpose of requesting additional services, publications, products or other contact is considered strictly confidential. KAS does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share any identifying information with any other entity.  In short, the only identifying information that KAS will collect will have been voluntarily supplied by you and will be used solely to correspond with you if a response is needed.

Those choosing to access external links that take you off our site are no longer subject to the Privacy Policy of KAS. When you click a link that takes you off of our site and to another, you are then under that site's terms and conditions.  KAS is not responsible for any violation of your privacy when visiting another site as we have no control over any other site's policies or actions.

This site is the sole property of Kentucky Adoption Services.  Any use or reproduction of any part of our site requires written permission from KAS and is considered an unauthorized copyright infringement if you do not have our permission in writing.
